摘 要:随着近年来城市桥梁逐渐更新,许多年久失修的空心板桥被评为危桥,需要拆除重建。由于既有旧桥等构筑物干扰,新装空心板经常遇到起吊空间不足的问题。此施工阶段,部分空心板需要临时承受吊车荷载,且为单板受力状态。设计时只考虑全桥成桥后的受力状态,未单独考虑施工阶段的单板受力状态。文章采用桥梁博士空间结构分析系统,模拟分析施工阶段空心板单板受力情况。通过施工措施调整,施工阶段的结构承载能力和强度均满足相关要求。With the gradual renewal of urban bridges in recent years,many hollow slab bridges that have been in disrepair for many years are rated as dangerous bridges and need to be demolished and rebuilt.Due to the interference of existing structures such as old bridges,the newly-installed hollow slabs often encounter the problem of insufficient lifting space.In the construction stage,part of hollow slabs needs to temporarily bear the crane load,and it is in the stress state of single slab.In the design,only the stress state of the whole bridge after the completion of bridge is considered,and that of single slab in the construction stage is not considered separately.The spatial structure analysis system of Doctor Bridge is used,so as to simulate and analyze the stress of the single slab of hollow slab in the construction stage.Through the adjustment of construction measures,the bearing capacity and strength of the structure in the construction stage meet the relevant requirements.
