摘  要:研究葡萄糖酸钠、硼酸和酒石酸3种缓凝剂对半柔性路面灌浆材料性能的影响。测试结果表明:20℃标准条件下,3种缓凝剂对浆液均有明显的缓凝效果,30min流动度得到改善,但酒石酸缓凝剂会造成浆液离析;35℃自然条件下,硼酸对浆液的缓凝效果较差,提高掺量反而出现负向影响;葡萄糖酸钠掺量为0.1%时,对浆液的缓凝效果最为明显,初凝时间延长1倍,同时提高了灌浆料的折压比,此时浆液兼具良好的高温缓凝效果和强度。The effects of three kinds of retarders like sodium gluconate,boric acid and tartaric acid on the performance of semi-flexible pavement grouting materials are studied.The results show that:under the standard condition of 20℃,the three kinds of retarders have obvious retarding effects on the grout,and the fluidity of 30min is improved,but the tartaric acid retarder will cause grout segregation.Under the natural condition of 35℃,the retarding effect of boric acid on the grout is poor,and increasing the content has a negative effect.When the sodium gluconate content is 0.1%,the retarding effect on the grout is the most obvious,the initial setting time is extended by one time,and meanwhile the folding pressure ratio of the grouting material is improved,and the grout has good high-temperature retarding effect and strength at this time.
