摘 要:随着我国科学技术的不断发展和电力需求的不断增大,自耦变压器作为铁路AT供电方式下的核心电气装备,其逐步向更低能耗、更高耐热、更安全的趋势发展。常规自耦变压器采用的矿物绝缘油耐热等级低、易老化。本文分析了自耦变压器采用天然酯绝缘油时的绝缘耐热等级,阐述了天然酯绝缘油可以减缓变压器老化的作用机理,对比了自耦变压器采用矿物油和天然酯油时的温升及预估成本。随着技术的不断发展,本文提出的天然酯绝缘油能够延长绝缘纸的寿命,适合在新建和既有线变压器扩容改造中推广应用。Along with the development of science and technology and the increasing demand for electricity in China,autotransformers,as the core electrical equipment for the railways under AT power supply mode,are gradually developing towards lower energy consumption,higher heat resistance,and greater safety.the mineral insulation oil applied in conventional autotransformers has a low heat resistance level and is prone to aging.The paper analyzes the insulation heat resistance level of autotransformers with application of natural ester insulation oil,explains the mechanism by which natural ester insulation oil is able to slow down transformer aging,and compares the temperature-rise and estimated cost of autotransformers with application of mineral oil and natural ester oil.With the continuous development of the technology,the natural ester insulation oil proposed in the paper is able to extend the life of insulation paper and is suitable for promotion and application of transformers in new constructed railways and in existing lines require reconstruction for capacity expanding.
