摘 要:架空刚性接触网因其载流量大、结构简单、可靠性高、建设及运维费用低等特点,已成为城市轨道交通地下段牵引网首选类型。但从已运营的线路来看,较多线路存在较为严重的弓网异常磨耗,而行业内关于刚性线岔处异常磨耗的分析与处理方式记载较少。本文以运营实测数据为基础,结合理论数据分析和现场试验,总结刚性线岔异常磨耗的发生与受电弓磨损面之间的对应关系,通过优化刚性线岔参数避免线岔处的弓网冲击,从而降低异常磨耗的发展。本文可为城市轨道交通刚性线岔参数设置提供依据,同时对刚性线岔的后续设计方向给出了建议。The rigid OCS has become a preferred type of traction network for underground sections of urban rail transit due to its high current carrying capacity,simple structure,high reliability,and low construction and operation costs.However,from the perspective of the already operated lines,many of them have serious abnormal wear of the pantograph,and there are relatively few records in the industry on the analysis and handling of abnormal wear of at overhead crossing of the rigid OCS.The paper,with the actual tested data in the operation as the basis,with reference of theoretical analysis of data and site tests,summarizes the corresponding relations between wear of overhead crossing and wear of pantograph of rigid OCS.The parameters of overhead crossing of rigid OCS are optimized to avoid the pantograph-catenary impact and thus reduce the development of abnormal wear accordingly.The study is able to provide a basis for parameter setting of overhead crossing of rigid OCS of urban rail transit,and is able to provide as well the suggestions for subsequent design directions of overhead crossing of rigid OCS.
