摘 要:研究了天然气掺氢对燃烧设备的影响。研究结果表明:掺氢比30%内,燃气沃泊指数变化较小,基本不影响燃烧负荷和燃具性能;掺氢比50%内,相同燃烧负荷下的空气耗量及烟气量略有下降,基本不影响烟风系统输送能力;掺氢后,烟气露点温度升高,增加低温腐蚀的风险。相同燃烧负荷下烟气的潜热量略有上升;燃气掺氢可显著降低CO_(2)、CO排放,对家用燃具NOx排放影响较小,但对工业锅炉低氮燃烧器的影响应进一步研究。This article investigates the effect of natural gas blended with hydrogen on Combustion equipment.When the hydrogen blending ratio is within 30%,the variation of Wobbe index is small,which basically does not affect the combustion load and the performance of the gas appliance;Within a hydrogen blending ratio of 50%,there is a slight decrease in combustion air and flue gas under the same combustion load which basically does not affect the conveying capacity of the smoke and air system;The dew point temperature of the flue gas of hydrogen blended natural gas increases along with the risk of low-temperature corrosion.The latent heat of flue gas slightly increases with the same combustion load;Gas blended with hydrogen can significantly reduce CO 2 and CO emissions,with less impact on NO x emissions from household gas appliances.However,further research should be conducted on the impact on low nitrogen burner of industrial boilers.
