遗产活化视角下的徽州民居保护和改造研究——以黄山市屏山村舒宅为例

摘　　要：舒国安宅坐落于黄山市屏山村,作为徽州地区保存较为完好的徽州民居,其有着鲜明的地域特征,是徽州文化的重要组成部分。基于实地调研,采用数字化技术对舒国安宅进行了测绘,从选址特征、平面布局、立面造型、营造技艺、装饰艺术5个方面详细解析了其建筑特征,并从遗产活化的视角,结合黄山“五微”行动的政策背景,对舒国安宅的合理保护和有效利用进行了研究,以期为徽州民居的保护和活化利用提供参考。Shu Guo′an Residence is located in Pingshan Village of Mount Huangshan City.As a well preserved Huizhou residence in Huizhou,it has distinctively regional characteristics and is an important part of Huizhou culture.This article is based on field research and uses digital and other technologies to survey Shu Guo′an′s residence.It provides a detailed analysis of the building′s features from five aspects:site selection characteristics,floor plan characteristics,facade design,architectural courtyard,and decorative art.From the perspective of heritage activation,combined with the policy background of the"five micro"action in Mount Huangshan,this paper discusses how to reasonably protect and effectively use Shu Guo′an Residence,in order to provide corresponding strategies for the protection and activation of Huizhou residential buildings.
