摘　　要：新质生产力是习近平经济思想的重要理论创新,是中国特色社会主义政治经济学中新的学理范畴,是马克思主义政治经济学中国化时代化的重要成果。新质生产力理论延伸、拓展了生产力理论体系,是一场“范式革命”,对于建构中国经济学自主知识体系具有重要理论价值。新质生产力代表生产力演化中能级跃升,是新质态的生产力。对新质生产力特质、机理、方法论进行系统化、学理化阐释,能够避免“泛泛而论”“虚置虚化”的研究趋向,为建构中国经济学自主知识体系提供理论支撑、创新范式。新质生产力的特质在于进化性、集成性、风险性等,运行机理在于微观维度上的新质企业、中观维度上的新质产业、宏观维度上的新质经济体系等。在此基础上,研究新质生产力需要构建“新质”方法论,确立“人是创新之本”,把握好量变—质变—裂变、可能性—现实性—颠覆性、偶然性—突变性—必然性等方法论,以实现精准“导航”、深化拓展理论研究。因地制宜地践行新质生产力,就要在其运行机理的基础上,立足创新活动的实践,在新质生产力的生成、演化中持续发挥效能,推动整体上的创新驱动发展。The theory of new quality productive forces extends and expands the theoretical system of produc-tivity,which is a“paradigm revolution”and has important theoretical value for constructing an independent knowl-edge system of Chinese economics.The new quality productive forces represent the energy level leap in the evolu-tion of productive forces,and are productive forces in the new qualitative state.A systematic and theoretical expla-nation of the characteristics,mechanisms,and methodologies of the new productive forces can avoid the research trend of“generalization”and“virtualization”,and provide theoretical support and innovative paradigms for the construction of China’s independent knowledge system in economics.The characteristics of new quality produc-tive forces lie in evolution,integration,and risk.The operating mechanism lies in new quality enterprises at the mi-cro level,new quality industries at the meso level,and new quality economic systems at the macro level.On this basis,the study of new quality productive forces quality requires the construction of a“new quality”methodology,the establishment of“people are the foundation of innovation”,and the grasp of quantitative change qualitative change fission,possibility reality subversion,contingency mutation inevitability,etc.,in order to achieve precise“navigation”and deepen and expand theoretical research.To practice new quality productive forces according to local conditions,it is necessary to base on its operating mechanism,practice innovative activities,continuously ex-ert efficiency in the generation and evolution of new quality productive forces,and promote overall innovation driv-en development.
