家庭系统排列治疗技术提升高职大学生职业效能感的个案研究

摘　　要：大学生自我效能感低是职业心理咨询中常见问题,提升职业效能感可以让大学生提升职业自信,包括提升自我职业能力评价、提升实现就业而进行收集信息的自信、提升选择职业目标的自信、提升制定职业计划和解决职业问题的自信。从而提升职业行动力,实现顺利就业。通过运用家庭系统排列治疗技术,对将面临毕业而存在职业效能感低的高职大学生进行个案研究,结果发现治疗效果显著,在治疗结束三个月后,该大学生顺利进入职场,从事满意的职业。Low self-efficacy among college students is a common issue in career counseling.Enhancing career self-efficacy can boost college students' career confidence,which includes improving their self-assessment of career abilities,increasing confidence in gathering information to achieve employment,enhancing confidence in selecting career goals,and bolstering confidence in formulating career plans and solving career problems.This,in turn,can enhance career initiative and facilitate smooth employment.This article conducts a case study on a college student with low career self-efficacy who is about to graduate,using the family constellation technique.The results show significant therapeutic effects.Three months after the treatment,the college student successfully entered the workforce and engaged in a satisfying career.
