摘 要:针对皮革生产中羊皮边角料废弃物资源化利用问题,建立了生物酶法清洁化回收毛纤维工艺,采用正交试验和综合指数计算法对复配酶制剂的添加量及酶解工艺进行了优化。分析了酶法回收羊毛纤维与天然羊毛纤维的鳞片结构及物理性能指标差异。结果表明:在35℃条件下,分别添加0.5 g/100 mL碱性蛋白酶、1 g/100 mL淀粉酶和0.1 g/100 mL脂肪酶的复配酶制剂,调整浴液pH值至9.0,5 h后羊毛纤维可与羊皮边角料分离,回收得到可用于纺织的羊毛纤维。In order to establish an enzymatic cleaning process for recovering wool fibers from sheepskin scraps,orthogonal test and comprehensive index calculation method are used to optimize the addition amount of compound enzyme preparation and enzymatic hydrolysis process.The differences of scale structure and physical properties between enzymatic recovered wool fibers and natural wool fibers are analyzed.The results show that under the condition of 35 ℃,by adding a compound enzyme preparation of 0.5 g/100mL alkaline protease,1 g/100mL amylase,and 0.1 g/100mL lipase,respectively,and adjusting the pH value of the bath solution to 9.0.After 5 hours later,the wool fibers could be separated from the sheepskin scraps and recycled to obtain the wool fibers that could be used for textile.
