摘 要:温度响应型水凝胶是目前研究最广泛的一种智能响应型水凝胶,在低温下呈现溶液状态,可以被注射;注射到体内后,体温的刺激使处于溶液状态的水凝胶材料原位凝胶化,覆盖在皮肤/组织表面。主要阐释了温度响应型水凝胶的温度响应机理及其在生物领域中的应用,结合国内外相关研究,讨论了近年来温度响应型水凝胶向临床转化存在的问题及未来研究的方向。Temperature responsive hydrogel is one of the most widely studied intelligent responsive hydrogels,which can be injected in solution at low temperature.After injection into the body,the stimulation of body temperature causes the hydrogel material in solution to gel in situ,covering the skin/tissue surface.This review mainly explains the temperature response mechanism of temperature-responsive hydrogels and their applications in the biological field.Combined with relevant researches at home and abroad,the problems existing in the clinical transformation of temperature-responsive hydrogels in recent years and the future research direction are discussed.
