摘  要:针对地质样品中稀土元素的测定问题,提出了一种结合微波消解和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定地质样品中La、Ce、Nd、Pr、Y的方法。使用微波消解样品,选择合适的微波消解体系,并通过准确度实验、精密度实验以及两种浓度水平下加标回收实验评估测定结果的准确性和可靠性。实验结果表明,该方法能够高效、准确地测定复杂地质样品中的稀土元素含量,在地质科学研究中具有良好的应用潜力。Aiming at the determination of rare earth elements in geological samples,a method combining microwave diges-tion and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)was proposed to determine La,Ce,Nd,Th and Y in complex samples.Prepare samples using microwave digestion and evaluate the accuracy of the determination results through spiked recovery experiments at two concentration levels.The experimental results indicate that this method can effi-ciently and accurately determine the content of rare earth elements in complex geological samples.Finally,this article sum-marizes the main conclusions and significance of the study,emphasizing the potential application of this method in geologi-cal science research.
