摘  要:基于高质量应用型人才培养目标,以学生为中心,将科研成果有机融入教学,设计了“木质素基水凝胶的制备及性能研究”创新型实验。以木质素磺酸钠为基材,以丙烯酸为接枝单体,通过接枝共聚反应制备木质素基水凝胶,并对其吸附性能进行测试。从实验原理、仪器与材料、实验过程及产品结构性能分析等方面对实验设计做以说明,阐述了实验过程中“课程思政”实施及实验考核方法。该实验具有科学前沿性好、可操作性强、专业内容综合性强的特点,加深了学生对功能高分子制备工艺及接枝共聚反应机理的理解,最终达到强化学生专业自信、提升学生科研兴趣与创新能力的培养目标。With the goal of cultivating high-quality application-oriented talents,student-centered,scientific research achievements were organically integrated into teaching,and an innovative experiment of"preparation and performance re‐search of lignin hydrogel"was designed.Lignin based hydrogels were prepared by graft copolymerization with sodium lig‐nosulfonate as substrate and acrylic acid as graft monomer,and their adsorption properties were tested.The article ex‐plains the experimental design from the aspects of experimental principles,instruments and materials,experimental pro‐cesses,and product structural performance analysis,and elaborates on the implementation of"curriculum ideological and political education"and experimental assessment methods during the experimental process.This experiment has the characteristics of good scientific cutting-edge,strong operability,and comprehensive professional content,deepening stu‐dents'understanding of the preparation process of functional polymers and the mechanism of graft copolymerization reac‐tion,ultimately achieving the cultivation goal of strengthening students'professional confidence,enhancing their re‐search interest and innovation ability.
