摘　　要：文章针对既有线隧道病害整治中存在的综合性整治能力不强及机械化施工水平低的问题,结合病害整治现有需求,研发了隧道病害综合整治的多功能作业车。该装置将凿毛、切槽、注浆等机械化作业设备进行模块化集成,能够实现作业单元快速换接、多工序同步施工等功能。在此基础上,文章还提出相应的设备配置方案,并对隧道病害综合整治机械化施工工艺流程进行阐述。Aiming at the problems of the lack of comprehensive remediation and low level of mechanization of construction in the remediation of existing railway tunnel diseases,combined with the types of diseases,we developed a multi-purpose vehicle for tunnel diseases combination with the existing demand of disease regulation.The multi-purpose vehicle integrates the mechanized working equipment such as chipping,grooving and grouting into the work vehicle,and can realize the function of quick changeover of the working unit and synchronous construction of multiple processes.On this basis,the article proposed a mechanized configuration equipment program,and elaborated the mechanized construction process for the comprehensive treatment of tunnel diseases.
