搅拌工艺对沥青混合料均匀性的影响试验研究

摘  要:为了提高强制双卧轴沥青混合料搅拌缸的作业性能,优化搅拌工艺,文章以4000型搅拌缸为研究对象,分析了影响混合料均匀性的搅拌工艺参数,并进行了多工况搅拌均匀性试验。结果表明,延长搅拌循环时间能够改善混合料的拌和均匀性,但超过45s后,均匀性提升效果减弱;减小搅拌缸充盈率有利于提高拌和均匀性,但同时会减少生产率,充盈率以50%~60%为宜;应采用先投石料和粉料,再投沥青的投料时序,避免先投沥青造成粉料结团从而影响拌和效果。In order to improve the working performance of the forced asphalt mixture mixer with double horizontal shafts and optimize the mixing process,taking the 4000 type mixer as the research object,mixing process parameters that affect the uniformity of the mixture were analyzed,and multi condition tests of the mixing uniformity were conducted.The research findings are as follows:prolonging the mixing cycle time can improve mixing uniformity of the mixture,but the effect of uniformity improvement weakens after 45s.Reducing the filling rate of the mixer is beneficial for improving mixing uniformity,but it will reduce productivity of the mixer,and the appropriate filling rate should be between 50% and 60%.The timing of adding aggregates and powder first,followed by asphalt,should be adopted to avoid the agglomeration of powder caused by adding asphalt first,which may affect the mixing effect.
