摘  要:智能电能表作为电力系统的关键组成部分,其数据采集功能对于实现电力系统的智能化、自动化管理至关重要。本文研究了新型电力系统技术与应用平台YC-NTPS01中DTZ1621型三相四线智能电表因通信故障导致数据采集失败的问题,从通信系统硬件层面与软件层面对可能出现的故障问题进行了逐一排查,最终确定通信故障原因为智能电能表通信地址/表号发生变化。在电力监控系统软件中修改电能表通信地址后可正确采集DTZ1621型三相四线智能电表信息。The smart electricity meter is a crucial component of the power system,and its data acquisition function is vital for achieving intelligent and automated management of the system.This paper addresses the issue of data collection failure in DTZ1621 three-phase four-wire smart meters caused by communication faults within the new power system technology and application platform YC-NTPS01.It conducts a thorough examination of potential faults at both the hardware level of the communication system and the software layer,ultimately determining that the root cause of the communication failure is a change in the smart meter's communication address or meter number.After modifying the electricity meter's communication address in the power monitoring system software,the information from the DTZ1621 three-phase four-wire smart meter can be collected correctly.
