摘  要:车桥是汽车结构设计的重要组成部分,在车桥设计工作开展过程中,应充分考虑汽车车桥失效机理以及可靠性问题,以便规避汽车行驶时潜在的安全风险。基于此,本文分析了汽车车桥的可靠性提升研究背景及意义,简要探讨了汽车车桥的失效机理,并对车桥的结构可靠性进行了相关研究,以期为提升汽车车桥的设计水平提供参考。Vehicle axle is an important component of automotive structural design.In the process of vehicle axle design,the failure mechanism and reliability issues of the vehicle axle should be fully considered in order to avoid potential safety risks during vehicle passage.Based on this,the research background and significance of reliability improvement of automobile axles were analyzed,and the failure mechanism of automobile axles was briefly discussed.Relevant research was conducted on the structural reliability analysis of axles,in order to provide reference for improving the design level of automobile axles.
