摘　　要：卷烟设备状态监测是综合应用现代科学和技术,通过研究设备运行过程中变化的状态信息,使用信号分析和处理等手段,对设备健康运行状态、故障类型和严重程度进行综合评价。卷烟生产设备作为结构紧凑、复杂且精密的产品加工设备,在运行保障性上提出了较高的要求。本文在传统故障监测和诊断方法基础上,探讨了基于机器视觉、人工智能和大数据分析等技术的卷烟设备状态监测技术。监测设备运行状态,预测设备可能出现的故障,并及时采取措施,提高设备的可靠性和稳定性。Cigarette equipment condition monitoring technology is a comprehensive application of science and technology,Through the study of the state information of changes in the operation of the equipment,The use of signal analysis and processing and other means to comprehensively evaluate the healthy operation status,fault type and severity of the equipment[1].As a compact,complex and precise product processing equipment,Cigarette production equipment puts forward extremely high requirements in terms of operation guarantee.Based on the traditional fault monitoring and diagnosis methods,This paper discusses the condition monitoring technology of cigarette equipment based on machine vision,Artificial intelligence and big data analysis.By monitoring the operating status of the equipment,Predicting the possible failures of the equipment,And taking timely measures to improve the reliability and stability of the equipment.
