摘  要:为有效应对人才能力素养难以胜任国际中文教育岗位需求、师资单一化培养模式与多元化需求之间的结构性矛盾突出、专业学生海外实习和对口就业机会不足等现实困难,地方高校国际中文教育相关专业应积极践行“内融外协”的培养路径,通过“一贯通三融合”“一协同六联动”,在大类招生背景下推行课程契合与思政熔铸,在强基固本基础上厚植学生的家国情怀,实现国际中文教育人才的区域化、层次化、对口化培养,以培养具有国际视野、契合人才市场需求和德才兼备的国际中文教育人才。In order to effectively respond to the practical difficulties such as the inability of talents to meet the job requirements of international Chinese education,the prominent structural contradiction between the single teacher training model and diversified needs,and the lack of overseas practice and corresponding employment opportunities for professional students,local colleges and universities with international Chinese education majors should actively practice the training path of“internal integration and external cooperation”,and through“one connection and three integrations”and“one coordination and six linkages”,promote curriculum integration and ideological and political integration under the background of large-scale enrollment,cultivate students’love for the country on the basis of strengthening the foundation,and realize the regionalization,stratification and matching of the talent training process of international Chinese education talents,so as to cultivate international Chinese education talents with international vision,in line with the needs of the talent market and with both moral integrity and ability.
