摘  要:针对LLC传统同步整流方案整流精度不高、自适应同步整流方案精度高却需要高成本的高速数字控制器的缺点,设计了一种误差(同步整流管导通损耗)累积电路,通过低成本的MCU和V-I积分电路,将N个周期内同步整流管的续流时间累积为一个电压信号,与设定值相比较以决定下N个周期同步整流管的调整策略。在仿真测试中,同步整流管占空比稳定在47.7%,关断同步整流管后体二极管续流时间小于2 ns,较好地满足了高效率、低占空比损失以及低成本的设计要求。The LLC's traditional synchronous rectification scheme is with low rectification accuracy.The adaptive synchronous rectification scheme is with high accuracy,but high cost high-speed comparator is required.In view of an error(synchronous rectifier tube conduction loss)accumulation circuit is designed,which accumulates the freewheeling time of synchronous rectifier tube in N cycles into a voltage signal through low-cost low-speed comparator and I-V integration circuit,and the adjustment strategy of the synchronous rectifier for the next N cycles is determined by comparing with the set value.In the simulation test,the duty cycle of the synchronous rectifier is stable at 47.7%,and the diode continuation time is less than 2 ns after switching off the synchronous rectifier,which satisfies the design requirements of high efficiency,low duty cycle loss and low cost.
