摘  要:针对目前机载蓄电池检测设备存在的检测参数不全、检测方式不合理等问题,设计了基于STM32的快速检测系统。根据系统设计需求,构建了系统总体设计框架,对系统中各组成电路进行了器件选型及参数确定。利用电路仿真软件对电路进行仿真实验,实现了对蓄电池总电压、单体电压及温度的快速检测,检测精度达到0.39%,其他性能指标符合设计需求。利用STM32开发工具搭建设计样机实验平台,通过对比分析实际检测结果与实际值的误差,检测精度达到0.30%,进一步验证了系统的可行性和可靠性,与现有设备相比,大幅提高了检测效率和检测精度。Aiming at the problems of incomplete detection parameters and unreasonable detection methods existing in the current aircraft airborne battery detection equipment,a fast detection system based on STM32 is designed.According to the system design requirements,the overall design framework of the system is constructed,and the device selection and parameter determination of each component circuit in the system are carried out.The circuit simulation experiment is carried out by using the circuit simulation software,and the fast detection of the total voltage,the unit voltage and the temperature of the battery is realized.The detection accuracy reaches 0.39%,and other performance indicators meet the design requirements.The experimental platform of the design prototype is built by using STM32 development tool.By comparing and analyzing the error between the actual detection results and the actual values,the detection accuracy reaches 0.30%,which further verifies the feasibility and reliability of the system.Compared with the existing equipment,the detection efficiency and accuracy are greatly improved.
