摘  要:随着现代通信与自动化控制技术的飞跃发展,配电自动化技术的理论内涵与应用边界也在不断拓展,为配电大数据与复杂一二次设备提供集成调控与实时控制的平台。基于IEC 61850标准,详细介绍了该标准的概念及其在配电自动化系统中的典型应用,同时研究了支持开放式通信的配电自动化主站和终端仿真系统建设方法。采用分层分布式的体系结构和面向对象的建模技术,完成对配电设备的语义切割与数据对象的自我描述,实现设备的精准建模、实时通信与故障快速处理。基于统一的交互界面实现了配电自动化全景展示,通过平台设计的馈线自动化、故障跳闸、负荷建模等实际案例,验证了本系统的功能与价值。With the leap forward development of modern communication and automation control technology,the theoretical connotation and application boundary of distribution automation technology are expanding,providing a platform for integrated regulation and real-time control of distribution big data and complex primary and secondary devices.Based on IEC 61850 standard,the concept of the standard and its typical application in distribution automation system are introduced in detail,and the construction method of the main station and terminal simulation system of distribution automation supporting open communication is also studied.A hierarchical distributed architecture and object-oriented modeling technology are adopted to complete the semantic cutting of distribution equipment and self-description of data objects,and to realize accurate identification of equipment,real-time communication and fast fault handling.The panoramic display of power distribution automation is realized based on the unified interactive interface,and the functions and values of this system are verified through practical cases of feeder automation,fault tripping and load modeling designed by the platform.
