京津冀协同发展十年:成效经验与难题应对

摘　　要：在中央和地方各级政府的共同推动下,京津冀协同发展这十年取得了显著成效,北京非首都功能疏解分阶段、有序实施且实现突破,交通一体化、生态环境治理、产业转移协作等重点领域取得了亮眼的成绩,广大人民群众从中得到了幸福感、获得感。这十年的不懈探索形成了许多宝贵的经验,这是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的生动实践。面向未来,中央有关部门和京津冀三地要针对当前协同发展面临的体制性、结构性、协调性、机制性难题,采取精准有效的政策加以解决,扎实推动高质量发展,积极为中国式现代化先行区、示范区建设创造更有利的条件。Over the past decade,under the concerted endeavors of the central and regional authorities,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development initiative has made substantial strides,yielding remarkable outcomes.This endeavor has particularly excelled in relieving Beijing’s non-core functions,integrating transportation systems,enhancing ecological governance,and orchestrating industry relocations,thereby significantly augmenting public satisfaction and well-being.This transformative journey has crystallized a wealth of valuable lessons.These experiences serve as living embodiments of Xi Jinping’s Thoughts on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Looking ahead,it is imperative for the central government agencies and the respective administrations of Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei to proactively devise and implement tailored,efficacious policies to address the lingering institutional barriers,structural imbalances,collaborative challenges,and systemic inefficiencies impeding the current collaborative development process.Such measures would be instrumental in propelling the region towards high-quality development,ultimately laying a robust foundation for establishing a model Chinese modernization zone.
