摘 要:针对铅电解机组在电解精炼生产中存在铅阴极导电棒寿命较短、焊接质量差、悬垂度差等相关问题,基于弯曲整形、神经网络控制等理论,研发了析出铅板与导电棒的高效能棒—板分离技术、动态多特征值融合的BP神经网络电阻焊控制技术、刚度强化的板面压纹技术,并应用于国内某大型铅冶炼企业的新建项目上。实践证明,技术优化后,导电棒的使用寿命可延长12.8%以上,短路率降低至0.43%。In response to the problems of the lead electrolysis machine in the electrolytic refining production,such as short service life,poor welding quality,and undesirable sagging of lead cathode conducting rod,based on the principles of bending&shaping,neural network control,etc.,the technologies such as the high-efficiency rod-plate separation technology for separating lead plate and conducting rod,BP neural network resistance welding control technology with dynamic multi-eigenvalue fusion,stiffness-enhanced plate surface corrugating press technology have been developed and applied to the new large-scale project of a large domestic lead smelting enterprise.Practice has proven that the application of technically-optimized lead electrolysis equipment can extend the service life of conducting rod by 12.8%,and reduce the short-circuit rate caused by cathode sagging to 0.43%.
