摘 要:介绍了贵溪冶炼厂在智能工厂建设中发挥新一代宽带无线移动通信技术的技术优势,在厂区内部署基于NB-IoT技术的无线传感器,实现工厂数据采集;研发基于NB-IoT技术的渣包无线测温装置,实现渣包温度精准测量;利用5G技术优势并结合无人机等特定装备开展无人押车、无人机巡检等应用。实践表明,新一代通信技术在铜冶炼智能工厂中的创新应用,丰富了生产一线的数据来源,实现了项目快速部署、数据互联和资源共享,提升了工厂的管理效能。The paper introduces the technological advantages of the new generation broadband wireless mobile communication technology in the construction of intelligent plants at Guixi Smelter,such as providing wireless sensors based on NB-IoT technology within the smelter area,achieving plant data acquisition,developing slag ladle wireless temperature measurement unit based on NB-IoT technology,achieving accurate measurement of slag ladle temperature,utilizing the advantages of 5G technology and using specific equipment such as drones to carry out applications,e.g.unmanned escorting and drone inspections.Practice has shown that the innovative application of new generation communication technology in copper smelting intelligent plant can enrich the data sources on the production line,achieve rapid project configuration,data interconnection and resource sharing,and improve the management efficiency of the plant.
