古镇地区交通系统提升策略研究——以枫泾古镇为例

摘　　要：为抓住“长三角一体化国家战略”、“虹桥国际开放枢纽”等国家战略辐射在枫泾地区的发展机遇,彰显枫泾镇杭州湾北岸上海门户枢纽功能,枫泾镇综合交通改善已成为亟待解决的课题。通过对枫泾古镇区域路网的研究,对古镇关键节点、路段交通拥堵的原因进行了分析,提出了对外交通互联畅通化、旅游交通截流减量化、停车系统组织适量有序化、内部交通设施精细化的针对性解决方案,在改善交通通行功能的同时,可同步提升古镇品质,从而带动区域发展,为古镇地区交通系统的改善提升提供解决思路。To seize the"Yangtze River Delta Integration National Strategy","Hongqiao International Open Hub"and other national strategies radiation in the region development opportunities of Fengjing,and to highlight the function of the Shanghai gateway hub on the north bank of Hangzhou Bay in Fengjing Town,the comprehensive transportation improvement of Fengjing Town has become an urgent issue to be solved.By studying the regional road network of Fengjing Ancient Town,the causes of traffic congestion at key nodes and road sections of the town are analyzed.The targeted solutions for smooth external traffic interconnection,tourism traffic interception reduction,proper ordering of parking system organization,and fining design of internal traffic facilities are proposed.At the same time to improve the traffic functions,the quality of the ancient town is simultaneously upgraded so as to bring along the regional development,which can provide the solving ideas for the improvement of transportation system in ancient town.
