摘  要:以六水硝酸钴为钴源、碳酸氢氨为沉淀剂、聚乙二醇为分散剂,采用浸渍法与改良后的无定形介孔碳制备Co_(3)O_(4)/C催化剂,利用XRD、SEM、BET和XPS和电化学手段对其成分、结构及电化学性能进行表征。结果表明,改良后的无定形介孔碳具有高比表面积和丰富的空隙,比表面积达977.33 m^(2)/g,能够使负载的Co_(3)O_(4)均匀分散,减少了氧还原反应期间Co_(3)O_(4)纳米颗粒团聚等问题。该催化剂应用在直接甲醇燃料电池的阴极上呈现出良好的氧还原催化活性和循环稳定性。Co_(3)O_(4)/C catalyst is synthesized via the impregnation method with cobalt nitrate hexahydrate as cobalt source,ammonia bicarbonate as precipitant,polyethylene glycol as dispersant,along with modified amorphous mesoporous carbon.The catalyst's composition,structure,and electrochemical properties are characterized by means of XRD,SEM,BET,XPS,and electrochemical method.Results indicate that the modified amorphous mesoporous carbon possesses a high specific surface area and an ample porosity,with a specific surface area as high as 977.33 m^(2)·g^(-1),which can make the supported Co_(3)O_(4) disperse uniformly,and reduce nanoparticle agglomeration during the oxygen reduction reaction.This catalyst exhibits good catalytic activity in oxygen reduction and cyclic stability when it is applied in the cathode of direct methanol fuel cells.
