摘 要:渤海A油田多轮次吞吐后转为蒸汽驱开发,开发过程中受效井井底温度高,产液温度高,对井筒完整性、防砂提出了更加严格的要求。为满足海上长期生产需求,如何提高生产管柱整体耐高温性能、降低油套环空温度、降低地面产出液温度是海上过热蒸汽驱受效井工艺研究的关键点。为此,以渤海A油田受效井B1井为例,结合海上油田生产管柱实践经验及工具试验进展,提出了“隔热管柱+环空补液”的工艺思路,进行生产管柱方案优化设计;利用专业软件计算了采用该管柱工艺情况下的井筒沿程温度,相比常规管柱工艺,该管柱工艺提升了整体耐温性能,降低了油套环空温度,保障了井筒安全,为保障海上蒸汽驱受效井安全生产运行奠定坚实基础。After multiple rounds of huff and puff in Bohai A oilfield,it has been converted to steam flooding development.During the development process,the high temperature at the bottom of the affected wells has put forward stricter requirements for wellbore integrity and sand control.To meet the long-term production needs at sea,how to improve the overall high-temperature resistance of the production string,reduce the temperature of the oil casing annulus,and lower the temperature of the produced liquid on the ground are the key points in the research of the offshore superheated steam flooding affected well technology.Taking the affected well B1 in Bohai A oilfield as an example,combined with the practical experience of offshore oilfield production string and the progress of tool testing,proposes the process idea of"insulated string+annular fluid replenishment",and optimizes the design of production string scheme.The wellbore temperature was calculated using professional software under the condition of using this string technology.Compared with conventional string technology,this process string improves the overall temperature resistance performance,reduces the temperature of the oil casing annulus,ensuring wellbore safety and laying a solid foundation for the safe production and operation of offshore steam flooding affected well strings.
