摘　　要：隐形酸完井液用黏土稳定剂的合成与评价是一个复杂而重要的过程,它直接关系到油气井的完井效果和储层保护。以下是对完井液用黏土稳定剂的合成与评价的综合概述:PDADMAC24合成工艺简单,所用化工原料种类较少,生产工艺简单易行。室内实验结果表明,PDADMAC24是一种非常有效的完井液用黏土稳定剂,与缓蚀剂及添加剂的配伍性好,耐温高,稳定作用强,防膨率高达91.00%以上,可明显提高完井和保护储层的效果,并且施工简便。The synthesis and evaluation of clay stabilizer for invisible acid completion fluid is a complex and important process,which is directly related to the completion effect and reservoir protection of oil and gas wells.The following is a comprehensive overview of the synthesis and evaluation of clay stabilizers for completion fluids.The PDADMAC24 synthesis process is simple,the types of chemical raw materials used are few,and the production process is simple and easy.The laboratory test results show that PDADMAC24 is a very effective clay stabilizer for completion fluid.It has good compatibility with corrosion inhibitors and additives,high temperature resistance,strong stabilizing effect,and high anti-swelling rate of more than 91.00%.It can obviously improve the effect of completion and reservoir protection,and the construction is simple.
