医院医学装备维修工作中现存问题与对策研究

摘　　要：医院医学装备维修需要专业技术人员进行操作和维护,但目前很多医院存在技术人员短缺的问题,导致维修工作难以及时进行。医学装备通常价格昂贵,其维修成本也相对较高。如果医院没有合理的维修预算和计划,将会影响医疗设备的正常运行。一些医院对医学装备的维修流程不够规范,未能建立起完善的维修管理制度,导致维修工作随意性较大,影响设备维修效率。医学设备维修过程中常需更换零部件,但一些医院未能建立健全的备件储备制度,导致维修过程中延迟或无法进行。Hospital medical equipment maintenance needs professional and technical personnel to operate and maintain,but at present,many hospitals have the problem of shortage of technical personnel,leading to the maintenance work is difficult to carry out in time.Medical equipment is usually expensive and its maintenance costs are relatively high.If the hospital does not have a reasonable maintenance budget and plan,it will affect the normal operation of medical equipment.In some hospitals,the maintenance process of medical equipment is not standardized enough,and a perfect maintenance management system has not been established,which leads to greater randomness of maintenance work and affects the efficiency of equipment maintenance.Parts often need to be replaced during the maintenance of medical equipment,but some hospitals have not established a sound spare parts reserve system,resulting in delays or impossibility in the maintenance process.
