摘 要:水文预报是利用已知的水文要素做出科学预测并发布预报的技术,应用于国民经济、企业生产和水库调度等领域。水库利用防洪库容拦蓄洪水,削减进入下游河道的洪峰流量,库存水量发电,达到兴利除害的目的。利用水文预报的成果开展水库调度、防洪减灾的效果显著。现结合生产实际情况,充分说明水文预报在防洪减灾方面的作用。Hydrologic forecasting is a technology that makes scientific forecast and publishes forecast by using known hydrologic elements,which serves the fields of national economy,enterprise production and reservoir regulation.The reservoir uses the flood control storage capacity to store flood,reduce the flood peak flow into the downstream river,and store the water to generate electricity,so as to achieve the goal of promoting benefits and eliminating harm.Utilizing the results of hydrological forecasting to carry out reservoir scheduling,flood control and disaster reduction have achieved significant results.Based on the actual production situation,the role of hydrological forecasting in flood control and disaster reduction has been fully explained.
