摘　　要：多环芳烃是一类重要的有机化合物。近年来,大气中多环芳烃污染日益严重,其可通过呼吸道、消化道及皮肤接触进入人体,并通过诱导细胞色素P450酶群及形成DNA加合物等方式对人体造成严重危害。尽管现在已对多环芳烃排放进行管制,但其仍对人体健康产生严重影响,因此需密切关注其一系列影响。本文从多环芳烃的定义、进入人体的途径、对人体健康的影响及对人体各个系统的影响机制等方面进行综述,为未来防治多环芳烃污染提供理论依据。Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are an important class of organic compounds.In recent years,pollution of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the atmosphere has become increasingly severe.They can enter human body through respiratory,digestive and skin contact,and cause serious harm to human body by inducing cytochrome P450 enzyme groups and forming DNA adducts.Although emissions of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons have been regulated,they still have serious impacts on human health,and therefore require close attention to their various effects.This article reviews definition of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,their entry routes into human body,their impact on human health,and the mechanisms of their effects on various systems of human body,and provide theoretical basis for future prevention and control of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon pollution.
