摘 要:为解决建筑节能过程中室内环境舒适度的优化问题,以某办公建筑为例,对其室内环境舒适度进行了综合评价与研究。通过分析该建筑在室内温度、湿度以及光照强度方面的数据,针对其室内环境的舒适度进行了综合评价,并结合评价结果,提出了增强建筑物隔热性能、优化空调系统调节策略和安装智能温控系统等解决措施,旨在提升室内环境的整体舒适度,并为类似工程的建筑节能与环境舒适度提升提供参考。To solve the optimization of indoor environmental comfort in considering building energy conservation,this paper took an office building as a case study for comprehensive evaluation and research.By analyzing data on indoor temperature,humidity,and light intensity of the building,and applying scientific evaluation methods,it addressed problems with the comfort of the indoor environment under specific conditions.Based on this analysis,solutions were proposed to enhance building's insulation performance,optimise air conditioning system adjustment strategies,and install intelligent temperature control systems.This study endeavoured to improve the overall indoor comfort and provided reference for building energy conservation and environmental comfort improvement in similar projects.
