摘 要:为提高装配式建筑临时钢结构承载力,在高承载力约束下对其开展施工技术研究。考虑安全性、稳定性和经济性原则,设计了高承载力临时钢支撑结构;同时找准埋件的纵横向中心线与测量定位的基准线,完成了临时钢结构安装作业;通过连接支撑结构与整体钢平台,完成了临时钢结构的爬升施工作业。通过实例证明,应用该施工技术后,结构承载力得到显著提升,为装配式建筑的后续施工提供了参考。To improve the load-bearing capacity of temporary steel structures in prefabricated buildings,the construction technology was studied under the constraint of high load-bearing capacity.Considering the safety,stability and economy,the temporary steel support structure with load-high bearing capacity was designed.Meanwhile,the vertical and horizontal center lines of the embedded parts were determined with the reference to measurement and positioning baselines,and the temporary steel structure installation work was completed.The support structure was connected with the overall steel platform to allow the climbing construction of the temporary steel structure.Examples demonstrate that the load-bearing capacity of the structure is significantly improved after the application of construction technology,thus giving a reference to the subsequent construction of prefabricated buildings.
