建材价格风险管理在建筑工程中的应用策略

摘　　要：建材价格风险作为建筑工程资金风险管理中不可忽视的重要内容,对于整个工程的稳定性至关重要。建材的价格波动直接影响着工程成本和投资回报率,因此做好建材价格的风险管理意义重大。为此,以某工程为例,结合该工程钢筋混凝土结构建设实际情况,从成本预算风险、市场价格波动风险、施工管理建设风险角度出发,明确建材价格风险管理目标,并从建材采购管理、建材合同管理、建材应用管理三个方面进行研究,得到建材价格风险管理方案,以期为建筑材料管理领域的可持续发展提供理论指导。Building materials price risk,as an important content that cannot be ignored in the capital risk management of construction projects,is crucial to the stability of the whole project.The price fluctuation of building materials directly affects the project cost and return on investment,so it is of great significance to do a good job in the risk management of building materials price.Therefore,taking a project as an example,combined with the actual situation of the reinforced concrete structure construction of the project,from the perspective of cost budget risk,market price fluctuation risk and construction management risk,the building materials price risk management plan was explored from three aspects of building materials procurement management,building materials contract management and building materials application management,and provided theoretical guidance for sustainable development in the field of building materials management.
