从风论治糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱

摘　　要：糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱的特征性表现为便秘腹泻交替,具有气机升降失序、病证错杂善变的特征,其发病机制和临床表现的动态变化导致靶向辨治困难。胃肠属土是具有传统思维特点的象思维,且“土得木而达”。风药具有“升、散、燥、动、透、通、温”的特性,可发挥通畅心气、条达肝气、升举脾气、开宣肺气、鼓舞肾气之效。风药具有抗炎、镇痛、抗过敏、解痉、抗菌、提高免疫力等作用,对胃肠功能紊乱兼具效应。应用象思维,以五行学说为依据,取类比象,从风论治糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱,可达到执中应变,标本兼顾,清气升、浊气降,恢复胃肠气机升降秩序的目的。Diabetic gastrointestinal dysfunction is characterized by alternating constipation and diarrhea,with the characteristics of disordered Qi ascending and descending as well as mixed and fickle syndromes.The dynamic changes in its pathogenesis and clinical manifestations lead to the difficulty of targeted treatment.The gastrointestinal tract belonging to the Earth is an image thinking in traditional Chinese thinking mode,and it is said that"the Earth can be tonified with the help of the Wood".Drugs for Wind has the characteristics of"lifting,dispersing,drying,moving,penetrative,clearing,and warming",and can play the role of smoothing the Heart Qi,regulating the Liver Qi,lifting the Spleen Qi,dispersing the Lung Qi and encouraging the Kidney Qi.Drugs for Wind has anti-inflammatory,analgesic,anti-allergic,antispasmodic,antibacterial,and immunity-improving effects,and has a point effect on gastrointestinal disorders.Therefore,the application of Xiang thinking,based on the Five Elements Theory,by taking image analogies,treating diabetic gastrointestinal disorders from the perspective of using drugs for Wind can achieve the purpose of flexible and effective treatment,namely,treating the symptoms and the root causes at the same time,ascending the clearing Qi and descending the turbid Qi,to restore the normal condition of the gastrointestinal Qi activity.
