摘　　要：肝郁脾虚是女性外阴瘙痒症发病之本,肝郁气滞,脾胃运化失常,湿邪内生,肝郁久化热,湿与热结,沿肝经循行至外阴,下流阴部,出现痒痛症状。同时长期的瘙痒使患者焦虑抑郁甚至烦躁,影响情志而导致肝气疏泄不畅,形成“情志不舒-肝郁脾虚-湿热下注-瘙痒难耐-心烦意乱”的恶性循环。在治疗上遵循肝脾同治、清热利湿之法,注重肝气的疏泄和脾胃的健运,达到止瘙痒防复发的目的。Liver Qi depression and Spleen deficiency is the root cause of vulvar pruritus in women.Specifically,evil factors of Liver Qi stagnation,abnormal Spleen and Stomach function,endogenous inner Dampness,long-term Liver Qi depression induced Heat and mixed Dampness and Heat,go along the Liver meridian to the vulva area,and itching and pain symptoms take place.At the same time,long-term itching makes patients anxious,depressed and even irritable,affecting moods and emotions,and causing poor liver Qi movement,eventually a vicious circle of"emotional discomfort-Liver Qi depression and Spleen deficiency-Dampness and Heat downward flow-unbearable itching-serious upset.In clinical treatment,the methods of simultaneous treatment of Liver and Spleen as well as clearing Heat and Dampness should be applied.The dispersing of Liver Qi and the health of the Spleen and Stomach should be paid great attention,to achieve the purpose of stopping itching and recurrence preventing.
