毛德西临证运用桑叶经验

摘　　要：桑叶可入肺、肝、肾三脏,质轻上行,有轻宣之功,其性苦寒,又有清降之力,可宣降肝肺之气机,清除肝肺之郁热,味甘又可益血滋肝肾,集宣降、清补于一体,临证使用霜桑叶入药效力最佳。大剂量桑叶可平肝熄风,自拟天钩六叶汤治疗风眩;桑叶滋肾阴而止汗,自拟清热止汗散及滋阴固表汤治疗各类汗证;取桑叶养血润燥祛风之效治脱发,常用桑麻丸、神应养真汤及自拟的养发五味饮;桑叶有凉血敛阴的作用,可用于治疗阴虚血热型崩漏。Sangye(Mori Folium)can enter the Lung,Liver,and Kidney,the quality of which is light and upward with the power of lightly dispersing Qi and the character of which is bitter and cold with the power of clearing Heat and descending Live and Lung Qi to dispel the stagnated Heat in Liver and Lung,the taste of which is sweat which can balance Liver Yin and Yang to nourish Liver and Kidney.In other words,it functions in dispersing,descending,Heat clearing and tonifying,which can achieve excellent efficacy in clinical practice.A large dose of Sangye can calm the Liver Yang and quench the Liver Wind,and self-prescribed Tiangou Liuye Decoction can be used to treat Wind induced dizziness;Sangye can nourish Kidney Yin and stop sweating,and self-prescribed Qingre Zhihan Powder and Ziyin Gubiao Decoction can be used to treat all kinds of sweating syndromes;Sangye can be used to treat hair loss for its functions in nourishing blood,moistening dryness and dispelling Wind,in which Sangma Pill,Shenying Yangzhen Decoction and self-made Yangfa Wuwei Drink are applied in clinics.In addition,Sangye has the effect of cooling blood and collecting Yin,which can be used to treat uterine bleeding with Yin deficiency and blood Heat.
