摘　　要：李点教授认为,干眼的发生与脾密切相关,“脾旺四时”,脾运健旺,气机升降有常、气血化生有源,五脏津液充足,则目珠润活。若脾气虚弱、清阳不升,肝郁克脾、脾虚津亏,脾虚肺燥、目珠燥涩,脾肾失调,目失温润,皆可致白睛干涩。顾脾之法应用于干眼治疗之始终,治疗时注重调和脾胃,疏肝健脾,培土生金,升清降浊,脾气充则四脏得养,津液充和,目珠滋润。Professor Li Dian believes that the occurrence of xerophthalmia is closely related to the Spleen,"Spleen governs during the whole year",which means that when the Spleen is healthy,the Qi within human body rises and falls normally and the production of the Qi and blood are active,and the body Fluids of the Five Zang are sufficient,thus the eyes are moist and lively.If the Spleen Qi is weak,the clear Yang Qi does not rise normally,with the Liver stagnation injuring the Spleen,the Spleen is deficient and the body Fluids are insufficient,thus the Lung is injured by the Dryness evil factor and the eyes are dry.When the function of the Spleen and Kidney are out of balance,the eyes are not warmed and moistured,all of which can cause xerophthalmia.Therefore,the method of taking care of the Spleen is applied during the whole treatment process of xerophthalmia.Specifically,focusing on harmonizing the Spleen and Stomach,soothing the Liver Qi and strengthening the Spleen and then tonifying the Lung,and raising the clear Qi and descending the Turbidity.When the Spleen Qi is sufficient other Four Zang can be nourished,and the body Fluids are enough to moisturize the eyes.
