摘 要:目的:观察太行菊茎叶的生药特征,并分析其化学成分。方法:采用性状鉴定、显微鉴别法描述太行菊茎叶的生药特征;电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定重金属和有害元素含量;高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定绿原酸和3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸含量;气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)结合保留指数法分析挥发油的化学成分和含量。结果:太行菊茎叶具有T形非腺毛、腺毛、不定式气孔等菊科植物的显微特征。太行菊茎叶中铅、砷、铜的含量分别为1.25 mg·kg^(-1)、0.11 mg·kg^(-1)、4.01 mg·kg^(-1),汞与镉均未检出。太行菊茎叶中绿原酸的含量为1.19%~1.21%,3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸的含量为1.86%~1.88%。太行菊茎叶挥发油中鉴定出110个化合物,主要成分为α-侧柏酮、樟脑和龙脑。结论:太行菊茎叶富含绿原酸、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸等活性成分,挥发油成分丰富,具有潜在的药用价值。Objective:To observe the crude drug characteristics of the stems and leaves of A.taihang and analyze its chemical composition.Methods:Trait identification and microscopic identification were used to describe the crude drug characteristics of the stems and leaves of A.taihangensis.Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine the content of heavy metals and harmful elements.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to determine the contents of chlorogenic acid and 3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)combined with retention index analysis of the chemical composition and content of volatile oils.Results:The stems and leaves of Asteraceae had the microscopic characteristics of Asteraceae plants,such as T-shaped non-glandular hairs,glandular hairs,and infinitive stomata.The contents of lead,arsenic and copper in the stems and leaves of Taihang Chrysanthemum were 1.25 mg·kg^(-1),0.11 mg·kg^(-1) and 4.01 mg·kg^(-1),respectively,and no mercury or cadmium were detected.The contents of lead,arsenic and copper in the stems and leaves of Taihang Chrysanthemum were 1.19%-1.21%,and the content of 3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid was 1.86%-1.88%.A total of 110 compounds were identified in the volatile oil of the stem and leaves of Taihang Chrysanthemum,and the main components wereα-thujunone,camphor and borneol.Conclusion:The stems and leaves of Taihang Chrysanthemum are rich in active ingredients such as chlorogenic acid and 3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid,and the volatile oil components are abundant,which has potential medicinal value.
