摘　　要：目的:基于筋骨平衡理论观察“舒顺调牵”手法治疗神经根型颈椎病(cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,CSR)的临床疗效。方法:96例CSR患者随机平均分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组给予“舒顺调牵”综合治疗,对照组给予牵引联合针灸治疗。两组疗程均为4周,治疗后,比较两组患者颈椎功能障碍指数(neck disability index,NDI)评分、颈部疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分及两组治愈率、有效率和不良反应。结果:(1)观察组有效率为95.83%(46/48),对照组为73.33%(42/48),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)两组患者治疗后颈部VAS评分均显著低于治疗前;观察组治疗后颈部VAS评分为(6.82±1.32)分,低于同期对照组的(11.54±1.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)两组患者治疗后NDI评分均显著低于治疗前;观察组治疗后NDI评分为(14.59±3.41)分,低于同期对照组的(17.46±3.54)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“舒顺调牵”手法治疗CSR临床疗效显著,可显著降低颈部VAS评分及NDI评分。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Tuina manipulation of"Shu Shun Tiao Qian"in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)based on Sinew-Bone Balance Theory.Methods:A total of 96 patients with CSR were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given Tuina manipulation of"Shu Shun Tiao Qian",while the control group was given traction combined with acupuncture.After 4 weeks of treatment,the neck disability index(NDI)score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of neck pain,cure rate,effective rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:(1)The effective rate of the observation group was 95.83%(46/48)and that of the control group was 73.33%(42/48),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The VAS score of the neck after treatment in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment.The neck VAS score of the observation group after treatment was(6.82±1.32)points,which was lower than(11.54±1.21)points of the control group in the same period,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The NDI scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment.The NDI score of the observation group after treatment was(14.59±3.41)points,which was lower than(17.46±3.54)points of the control group during the same period,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Tuina manipulation of"Shu Shun Tiao Qian"has a notable clinical effect in the treatment of CSR,which can significantly reduce the neck VAS score and NDI score.
