高校学生健康状况及护理健康教育对策分析

摘　　要：目的分析高校学生健康状况并针对护理健康教育策略和效果进行评价。方法通过等距抽样法及症状自评量表(SCL-900)对本学院学生的健康状况进行调查,起止时间为2022年1月—2023年4月,分析高校学生患病情况及健商测试结果。结果上呼吸道感染、耳鼻咽喉疾病及眼科疾病为高校学生主要疾病类型,分别占26.55%、18.11%及15.67%。高校学生健康知识得分相对较低,属于警惕性指数;其健商水平、自我照顾、生活技能、生活方式及健康心理属于比较理想的健康指数。结论高校学生健康状况仍有待进一步提高,其健商有待提升,应根据相关问题采取针对性的护理健康教育对策,以改善高校学生的身心健康。Objective To analyze health status of college students and evaluate strategies and effect of nursing health education.Methods The paper carried out survey on health status of college students in our college with equidistant sampling and Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-900)from January 2022 to April 2023.Disease situation and health quotient test results of college students were analyzed.Results Upper respiratory tract infections,ear,nose and throat diseases,and ophthalmic diseases were main types of diseases for college students,accounting for 26.55%,18.11%,and 15.67%respectively.Health knowledge scores of college students were relatively low,which were vigilance index.Health level,self-care,life skills,lifestyle,and healthy psychology was relatively ideal health indicators.Conclusion Health status of college students needs to be improved further,and health quotient should to be improved.Targeted nursing and health education measures should be taken based on related issues to improve their physical and mental health.
