黄体酮联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的效果及对卵巢功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨黄体酮联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕的临床效果及对卵巢功能的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月本院收治的80名PCOS不孕症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组和联用组,每组40例。对照组应用黄体酮疗法,联用组应用黄体酮与复方玄驹胶囊治疗。对比两组患者的干细胞生长因子(HGF)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平、治疗有效率、性激素水平以及卵巢功能指标。结果治疗后,联用组的HGF和VEGF水平优于对照组(P<0.05);联用组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);联用组的性激素水平优于对照组(P<0.05);联用组的卵巢功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者,除了可采用促进排卵的药物进行治疗外,还可以配合黄体酮与复方玄驹胶囊进行治疗,这样可以让患者的卵巢功能得到明显的提升,同时还可以调节性激素、HGF和VEGF的水平,从而提升自然受孕的概率。Objective To explore effect of progesterone and compound ant capsules on infertility of PCOS.Methods The paper chose 80 infertility patients in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups with random number table:treatment group and combination group.40 cases in control group were treated with progesterone therapy,and 40 cases in combination group with progesterone and compound ant capsules.Levels of sex hormones,stem cell growth factor(HGF)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),ovarian function indicators,and curative effect were compared between two groups.Results Study on infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome showed,levels of sex hormones,stem cell growth factor(HGF)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),ovarian function indicators,and curative effect in combination groups were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Progesterone and compound ant capsules can improve ovarian function and regulate levels of sex hormones,HGF,and VEGF,increase chances of natural pregnancy of infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome based on ovulation promoting drugs significantly.
