早期胰岛素强化治疗对初诊2型糖尿病的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨初诊2型糖尿病采取早期胰岛素强化治疗的临床效果。方法将2021年1月—2023年6月本院收治的100例初诊2型糖尿病患者纳入研究,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组50人。对照组使用二甲双胍治疗,观察组采取早期胰岛素强化治疗方式治疗,对比两组的血糖指标、胰岛指标、血糖达标时间及低血糖情况。结果治疗后,观察组FBG、2hPG、HbA1c均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组FINS、HOMA-IR均低于对照组,FCP、HOMA-β高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血糖达标时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组低血糖发生率与对照组相比,差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期胰岛素强化治疗对初诊2型糖尿病的治疗效果显著,能增强患者对血糖的控制力,保护胰岛功能,加快血糖达标速度,且不增加低血糖风险,具有较高安全性。Objective To investigate effect of early intensive insulin therapy for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with metformin,and observation group with early intensive insulin therapy.Blood glucose index,islet index,blood glucose reaching time and hypoglycemia was compared between two groups.Results After treatment,FBG,2hPG,and HbA1c levels in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FINS and HOMA-IR levels in observation group were lower than control group,while FCP and HOMA-βlevels were higher than control group(P<0.05).Observation group had shorter time to reach blood glucose standard than control group(P<0.05),incidence of hypoglycemia was comparable to control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Early intensive insulin treatment can achieve significant effect on newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes,can enhance control of blood sugar,protect function of islets of langerhans,accelerate speed of blood sugar reaching standard,which has low incidence of hypoglycemia and high safety.
