“一病一品”护理模式在妊娠期高血压患者围生期护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨“一病一品”护理模式在妊娠期高血压患者围生期护理中的应用价值。方法选取2019年8月—2021年9月本院收治的86例妊娠期高血压患者为研究对象,按照不同的护理方法将患者平均分为两组(n=43),对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用“一病一品”护理模式,对比两组的依从性、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、自我管理评分、护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组依从度较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组SAS、SDS评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组躯体活动管理、饮食管理评分较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论将“一病一品”护理模式应用在妊娠期高血压患者的围生期中,可提高患者的依从度,缓解其负性情绪,提高自我管理水平,增强患者护理满意度。Objective To explore application value of"specialized nursing with distinctive features"model for patients with gestational hypertension during perinatal period.Methods The paper chose 86 patients with gestational hypertension in our hospital from August 2019 to September 2021,and divided them into two groups(n=43)evenly with nursing methods.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with"specialized nursing with distinctive features"mode.Compliance,Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores,selfmanagement scores,and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups,clinical application value of nursing mode was analyzed.Results:Compliance rate of observation group was 95.35%,higher than control group(81.40%)(P<0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores of observation group were higher than control group.Low(P<0.05).Physical activity management and dietary management scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was 97.67%,higher than 83.72%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion"Specialized nursing with distinctive features"model can improve compliance,alleviate negative emotions,improve self-management,and enhance nursing satisfaction degree of patients with gestational hypertension during perinatal period.
