摘　　要：目的探究推拿联合磁电治疗在盆腔器官脱垂中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月本院收治的100例盆腔器官脱垂(POP)患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组采用常规的中医推拿治疗,研究组采用中医推拿联合磁电刺激治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗后,研究组盆底肌各项功能指标评分优于对照组,研究组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的POP-Q分度等级较对照组更优(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组盆底肌功能的各项指标评分比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论在产后盆腔器官脱垂的临床治疗中,中医推拿联合磁电刺激具有理想的应用效果,可显著改善患者的盆底肌功能,可有效改善患者的POP情况,以帮助患者提升性生活质量,具有临床推广价值。Objective To verify application effect of electric stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage and explore effective treatment methods for pelvic organ prolapse(POP).Methods The paper chose 100 POP patients in obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 study subjects,and divided them into control group and study group randomly,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine traditional Chinese medicine massage,while study group with combination of traditional Chinese medicine massage and electrical stimulation.Clinical curative effect was compared and analyzed between two groups.Results After treatment,scores of various functional indicators of pelvic floor muscles in study group were better than control group,with curative effect rate of 98.00%,significantly higher than 84.00%in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).POP-Q scores results of two groups were better after treatment,study group had better scores than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Pelvic floor muscle function scores in study group were higher in various indicators after treatment than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine massage combined with electrical stimulation can achieve ideal application effect during clinical treatment of postpartum pelvic organ prolapse,can improve pelvic floor muscle function of patients significantly,improve POP situation,sexual life quality effectively,which has clinical promotion value.
