散结膏外敷防治血液透析患者血管通路局部硬结的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨散结膏外敷防治血液透析患者血管通路局部硬结的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2023年6月本院收治的60例血液透析患者为研究对象,将其分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组应用喜辽妥软膏治疗,研究组应用散结膏治疗。观察分析两组临床效果、并发症及血清指标情况。结果治疗后,研究组临床治疗效果比对照组更好(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率比对照组更低(P<0.05);研究组IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平比对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论血液透析患者应用散结膏外敷治疗可有效预防血管通路局部硬结情况的发生,且并发症也较少,值得推广。Objective To explore external application effect of dissolving lump ointment on prevention and treatment of local induration of vascular access of hemodialysis patients.Methods The paper chose 60 hemodialysis patients in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2023,and divided them into two groups.Control group was treated with Hirudoid ointment,while study group with dissolving lump ointment.Clinical effect,complications,and serum indicators were observed and analyzed between two groups.Results Clinical effect of study group was higher than control group,(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in study group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Study group had lower IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-αlevels than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dissolving lump paste ointment can effectively prevent occurrence of local induration of vascular access of hemodialysis patients,with relatively few complications,which is worthy of promotion.
