预见性护理干预对CT检查中碘过敏反应的干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究在CT检查过程中以碘为增强造影剂的患者接受预见性护理干预的临床价值。方法选择2021年6月—2022年12月在本院接受CT扫描检查并以碘作为增强造影剂的患者60例,采取随机分组的方式分成对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组接受常规影像学检查护理,观察组接受预见性护理干预。对比两组碘过敏反应发生率、护理满意度、CT检查操作和检查后留观时间。结果经过统计分析发现,观察组的碘过敏反应发生率较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CT检查和留观时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在CT检查过程中以碘为增强造影剂的患者接受预见性护理干预,可有效预防碘过敏反应的发生,使患者保持良好心理状态且更加积极地配合操作,缩短操作时间和检查后留观时间,使护理满意度提高。Objective To study clinical value of predictive nursing intervention for patients with contrast agent of iodine during CT examination.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with CT scans with contrast agent of iodine in our hospital from June 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.30 cases in control group were treated with routine imaging examination and nursing,30 cases in observation group with predictive nursing intervention.Incidence of iodine allergic reactions,psychological status scores before and after nursing,cooperation in examination procedures,nursing satisfaction degree,CT examination procedures,and post examination observation time were compared between two groups.Results After statistical analysis,incidence of iodine allergy reaction in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),difference was significant.Meanwhile,nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).CT examination and observation time in observation group was shorter than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention can prevent incidence of iodine allergic reactions effectively,maintain good psychological state,cooperate with operation actively,shorten operation and observation time after examination,and improve nursing satisfaction degree of patients with CT examination with enhancing contrast agent of iodine.
