糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂联合地氯雷他定治疗小儿季节性过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的 探究糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂联合地氯雷他定治疗小儿季节性过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法 2023年10月至2024年1月纳入杭州市儿童医院收治的114例季节性过敏性鼻炎患儿,采取随机数字表法将患儿分为单药组以及联合用药组,每组57例。单药组患儿采取地氯雷他定口服溶液治疗,联合用药组患儿采取地氯雷他定口服溶液及糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合治疗,观察两组患儿临床治疗效果、治疗前后各组患儿嗜酸性粒细胞百分比的变化以及不良反应率。结果 联合用药组患儿治疗总有效率[96.49%(55/57)]高于单药组[85.96%(49/57)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.946,P<0.05)。治疗后,联合用药组患儿嗜酸性粒细胞百分比低于单药组[(9.92±2.06)%vs (14.28±2.25)%],差异有统计学意义(t=10.791,P<0.001)。联合用药组患儿与单药组患儿治疗不良反应率分别为1.75%(1/57)、3.51%(2/57),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.342,P>0.05)。结论 地氯雷他定口服溶液联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗小儿季节性过敏性鼻炎效果良好,且治疗安全可靠。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with desloratadine in the treatment of children with seasonal allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 114 children with seasonal allergic rhinitis admitted to Hangzhou Children's Hospital from October 2023 to January 2024 were enrolled in this study and divided into the combination treatment group and the single treatment group according to the random number table method,with 57 in each group.Children in the single treatment group were only treated with desloratadine oral solution and those in the combination treatment group were treated with desloratadine oral solution and mometasone furoate nasal spray.The clinical treatment effect,percentage change of eosinophils before and after treatment and the rate of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combination treatment group was higher than that of the single treatment group(96.49%(55/57)vs 85.96%(49/57)),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.946,P<0.05).After treatment,the percentage of eosinophils in the combination treatment group was lower than that of the single treatment group((9.92±2.06)%vs(14.28±2.25)%;t=10.791,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between the combination treatment group(1.75%(1/57))and the single treatment group(3.51%(2/57))(χ^(2)=0.342,P>0.05).Conclusion Desloratadine oral solution combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray is effective and safe in the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis in children.
