近5年中西医治疗小儿抽动秽语综合征的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 探索发现国内近5年中西医治疗的小儿抽动秽语综合征(TS)的热点话题和发展情况。方法 检索中国知网、万方、维普数据库中2018—2022年中西医结合治疗TS的相关文献。使用CiteSpace软件对关键词绘制知识图谱并进行分析。结果 共纳入342篇相关文献,每年发文量稳定在60篇以上。关键词135个,其中频次≥5的关键词21个。该领域的研究热点包括神经递质、免疫因素、中医药治疗、临床疗效及不良反应。结论 近5年中西医治疗TS的临床对照试验较多,但涉及低频重复经颅磁刺激、行为干预疗法的研究较少,缺乏大规模、多中心、随机双盲的研究,该领域的试验研究较少,且试验研究偏向于神经递质、神经电生理领域的研究,从基因、免疫学角度探讨TS较少,研究的深度与广度均有待加强。Objective To explore the hot topics and development of children with tourette syndrome(TS) treated by Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in recent 5 years.Methods Literature related to the treatment of TS by integrated chinese and western medicine from 2018 to 2022 were searched from CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases.Use CiteSpace software to draw and analyze the knowledge map of key words.Results A total of 342 relevant papers were included,the number of published papers was stable at more than 60 per year.There were 135 keywords,21 keywords with frequency≥5 included.The research focus in this field included neurotransmitters,immune factors,chinese medicine treatment,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions.Conclusion In the past five years,there have been many clinical controlled trials on the treatment of TS with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,but there are few studies involving low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and behavioral intervention therapy,and there is a lack of large-scale,multi-center,randomized double-blind studies.There are few experimental studies in this field,and the experimental studies are biased toward the studies in the fields of neurotransmitter and neuroelectrophysiology,and few studies on TS from the perspective of genes and immunology.Both the depth and breadth of the research need to be strengthened.
