基于国家专利的中药复方调治下肢深静脉血栓的用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的通过数据挖掘方法分析国家专利中药复方,探讨下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的用药规律,为临床选方用药提供参考。方法在国家知识产权局官方网站的中国专利公布公告界面,检索中药复方治疗DVT的专利,检索时间为数据库建立至2024年3月。采用Excel进行频数统计,采用SPSS Modeler 18.0软件和中医传承辅助平台(V 2.5)分别进行关联规则、系统聚类分析,总结高频中药,分析复方四气、五味和归经分布,挖掘核心中药组合。结果共纳入25项专利,涉及128种中药,出现频次较高的前3位单味药分别是当归、红花和三七;四气以温为主,五味以苦、辛、甘为主,归经以肝、心、脾经居多。关联规则中常用药对有红花-当归、当归-三七,常用角药有红花-桃仁-当归、红花-当归-三七;将相关度设为9,惩罚度设为4,得到15组3药的核心组合;采用熵层次聚类算法,获得新方聚类组合共10组;再次聚类后,得到5个治疗下肢DVT的新处方。结论中药复方治疗DVT多以活血、通络、除湿为治疗原则,治病求本,标本兼顾。通过探索隐性规律,得到治疗DVT新处方,为临床治疗提供新的思路。Objective To analyze national patent Chinese medicine compound prescriptions through data mining method,and to explore the medication pattern of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT),and providing reference for clinical prescription and medication selection.Methods The patents of traditional Chinese medicine compound in the treatment of DVT were searched in the interface of China Patent Publication Bulletin within the website of the State Intellectual Property Office.The search time was from the establishment of the database to March 2024.Excel was used for frequency statistics.SPSS Modeler 18.0 software and traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform(V 2.5)were used for association rule and system clustering analysis,respectively.High-frequency traditional Chinese medicine was summarized,the four qi,five flavors,and meridians distribution of compound were analyzed,and the core combination of traditional Chinese medicine was explored.Results A total of 25 patents had been included,involving 128 traditional Chinese medicines.The top three most frequently occurring single drugs were Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Carthami Flos and Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma.The four qi were mainly warm,the five flavors were mainly bitter,spicy,and sweet,and the meridians were mainly liver,heart and spleen.In association rules,commonly used medicine pairs included Carthami Flos-Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma,while commonly used corner medicines included Carthami Flos-Persicae Semen-Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Carthami Flos-Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma.The correlation was set to nine and the penalty was set to four,resulting in 15 core combinations of three drugs. The entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm was used to obtain a total of 10 sets of new clustering combinations.
